Yes, we provide solutions from the design stage until the handover. Maintenance is limited to defects liability only.

We have been working with various clients as an MEP design & build contractor and closely under various consultants to execute their designs.

We have broad experience in green building projects and have achieved client goals through energy management working with various LEED consultants.

What is your process for starting a new project with a client?

Receiving enquiries, arranging site visits, raising queries, preparing the quotes along with detailed BOQ, technical qualifications, program of works etc and evaluating value engineering options to get the client's budget. Once the job is awarded, operations will prepare the execution planning from design, procurement, Installation, testing & commissioning, authority approvals, etc, until handover to the client. Client training will be provided for all the systems installed, and a detailed operations & maintenance manual is provided.
