PIF - HOSPITALITY

The daycare project in Area 3 of the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), sets a new benchmark in design and functionality.

The installation and commissioning of advanced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems successfully met the client's and board consultant's requirements. Additionally, the project has been praised by stakeholders during the handover and is fully compliant with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.
