The project involved designing and constructing six modular offices within the Al Maryah Tower, three designated VIP floors. Within four months, a standout achievement was meeting its ambitious timeline—completing the entire process, including design, procurement, construction, and obtaining authority approvals.

The project also featured a theatre on the 18th floor, enhanced by an immersive tunnel walkway experience, offering a unique and engaging element.
