DMCC - COMMERCIAL

DMCC's offices are located on levels 11 and 12 of the Uptown Tower, currently one of the tallest office towers in the UAE. A specially constructed internal staircase connects the two levels, and the 12th floor features a fully equipped industrial kitchen.

The project followed a traditional design approach, with Chapman BDSP as the MEP consultant and SAY Studio as the architect.
