TWOFOUR54 - ENTERTAINMENT

Two studios for Master Media were built at the Yas Creative Hub for twofour54, complete with back-end offices, a catering area, and server rooms. A significant achievement of the project was successfully locating the plant and equipment. To support this, a new plant deck was constructed in the loading bay to house the necessary machinery.

One key challenge was working with ADDC to resolve electrical power allocation, as the initial load provided did not meet the project’s needs. Additionally, the studios required a highly sensitive acoustic design to achieve NC 25 levels, ensuring optimal sound quality.
